We saw Florence today from Giardino de Biboli and Piazzale Michelangelo - very pretty!
Tomorrow we decided to take the guided tour, which will take us to Siena, San Gimignano and a couple other cities. Thought it was the thing to do per all of your great recommendations - thank you for those!Tuesday morning before we leave we plan to go inside the Duomo and climb to the top since we didn't get to do that today. Hopefully we can squeeze in a little more shopping too! ;) We leave for Rome on Tuesday afternoon so should have plenty of time.

Oh my goodness! That gelato needs to export itself to the US, hop on plane to KCI and then drive to Overland Park and hop in my mouth!! Deliciousness!!!

I am so jealous! Gelato sure looks better in Florence than it does at Dinky & Coco's. You guys have seen more than most people will see in a lifetime - have fun and keep up with the great pics.
Enjoy your day trip! What flavors of gelato have you had? I love fragola and Kellen prefers stracciattela. Probably not bad together:) I don't think you can go wrong, except I did have banana and didn't care for it...oh well! Don't forget to go visit David!
I'm with Scuba Shell... get some of that deliciousness back to KC! We had amazing gelato when I was in Prague.... mmm, my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Graci for the pictures... :)
